    Didn't say ugly...just not quite as cute...as in a 8 vs a 7....or a 9 vs a 8...

I get this part, the whole part about "Choice" but I have never truly grasped the "Import" sport compact scene even after owning several VW's; I would rather go faster.

    Before someone gets into technicalities....

I love broad swords and katanas but for precision work I'll take a scalpel any day. These are what's known as opinions or personal preference just as I prefer a Defender for off road work because I feel the JK is just too refined and not truck like enough.

We aren't arguing that the Mustang isn't the faster of the two. That's not our point. Our point is that for back road carving in our opinion the Subaru would be more fun because of it's balance and feel. You obviously aren't the right customer for the BRZ and that's terrific. There are plenty of other choices that will suit your wants better.

That's funny you mention that, since the FJ crowd seems to say JK's are truck like and unrefined haha; but hey.

As for the BRZ, or FReaking-Slow, you're right, its not my gig.
