All hail the Phaeton.
That is one sweet looking limo very nice interior.
So, I'm the only one who thinks the car looks silly as a limo?

There's no way that will fit on a VW dealer's lift![]()

i think it's gorgeous. and the interior looks absolutely stunning and about as classy as you can get. cant even imagine the gizmos that are in there knowing what the regular phaeton has.but the question remains.....will anyone actually buy this?
anyone have just a side shot of this car? straight on?im thinking that the lines of the car almost look better as a limo than as a sedan...due to the huge doors in the rear that almost make the sedan look a little too long. not sure if that makes sense, so i'd really like a full shot if anyone has one

Why not? The Phaeton has been doing well Asia and Europe.

[Yes, I know that the clip problem has been addressed.]

That puppy is quite the heavyweight too, check out the tires me thinks they are off of an SUV.
I wonder what that gauge is for between the two seats directly behind the driver? If it's a vdo boost gauge, I wonder if that sucker buzzes
*edit, looks like a simple clockAlso... if those are flute holders, how would you pull the glass out w/o spilling the champagne?
That interior is, er, well, ,, interesting.
Does it have carpet ?
Or just more of the 'nautical deck' ?

I think that full size MB, BMWs, Audi, Cadillac, LIincoln, and phaeton etc look silly w/out a driver (meaning they are already "limo" big) and the owner should be riding in the back.
